You might have thought that spanish is the only language that Mexico speaks. Well, you're are right, spanish is the official language of Mexico. Many people their might speak bilingual or, speak more than one language. Which is common for someone to speak more that 1 language. There are also native languages in Mexico. Which some, you might not have heard of. Nahuatl, which is a common language in the central of Mexico, are native to this land before the spainards arrived, and most Aztecs spoke this language. This language is about 1.4 million speakers. A lot huh?
Yucatec Maya, is another language that most people speak, about three quarters of the people speak this language.
Last language I'm going to talk about is the Mixtec, who is spoken by half a million people. This language derives from the American Indian that lived around the parts of southern Mexico. I hope you learned that Spanish is not the only language in Mexico!

Ever wondered what was the music in Mexico like? Of course in Mexico there is a lost list of songs in genre and all kinds of music that might be somewhat similar or different that the music you hear. On genre of music you might have heard of is Mariachi. This genre is mostly what people think of when the talk about Mexican Music. Just remember this is not the only music mexican people hear. It's often played at wedding and anniversaries. Other music includes Ranchera music is another kind of music that many people hear. In history, this kind of music meant rebellious, which many old rulers of Mexico did not like. Then it became popular after the revolution. El Grito Mexicano is what the Ranchera is mostly about.

You must know that the most popular sport in Mexico is soccer and it has always been a passionate sport in Mexico ever since it was introduced to the Mexicans. Mexico's national football ( Soccer ) team ranks as one of the best Latin America and it's qualified for the 15 FIFA World Cups. Other sports include bullfighting, which is what people like to get on a bull and see how long they can stay on it. Most people get hurt while doing this, but are willing to place money on this type of sport. Baseball is also another sport that Mexicans like to play. It is played and enjoyed through some states in Mexico. Also it has some professional leagues. For the Olympics, the Sports and event that Mexico is really strong at is, boxing, diving, and track and field.

The education in Mexico is quite different in The United States. In the United States most of your parents make you go to school and it's a need in the country. In Mexico, some parents do want their children to get a proper education in Mexico. Sometime it's also very optional to go to school, since the schools in Mexico aren't really free, as well go to the lunch. The classrooms are as well not a clean place sometimes, and it's sometimes not a big classroom. But it's a very good thing and once in a life time to finish school and have a job because it's sometimes often for a kid to drop out of school.

There are so many colorful festivals in Mexico that it's so vibrant and bright in the festivalsThe two Festivals that i'm going to talk about is called 'Day of the Dead' or known in Mexico is "Dia De Los Muertos". This festival, involves many colorful bright colors and it's so fun to be in this vibrant city. Many people bring food and pan to their loved who died on their tombstone. It's a time to remember and honor the one you love and take a special part in. Next one is a religion festival and this Festival is called 'The feast of Mary'. This festival is a food Festival on the day where Mexicans gave thanks to Mary for bringing our only son. This Festival has lots of food, since after all it's the day where they celebrate the day of Mary.
Cuisines in Mexico
Now for most of you who tried Mexican food at restaurants might like it or not, or even call the food weird looking. Food in Mexico is quite delicious, and very tasty that will make you want more!
The number one food you really know is Tamales, this is made with dried corn leaves, and with masa, inside you can put all kinds of things in it from rice to chicken and meat! It's tasty with atole or rice. A very tasty food to try! There are Tamales rojos, verdes, or even sweet kind!

Another very, yummy food that you must try is Elote or corn in spanish. Now most of you eat corn just simple or just in a cup with nothing on it. Well you must try this! Elote is a very tasty corn that you put mayonnaise on it and then put some cheese powder on it, then put sometimes lime on it to make the taste more exquisite then put some chili powder and wa la! You have a very lovely and yumful Elote! Plus the corn grains can also make a good tasty treat!
Now the last food of Mexico that I'm going to recommend you is Mole, now this food is not like the animal, no no no. This food is very tasty! Have all kinds of flavor to it and you can have a rice or bean side to it and will make this side very delcisoso! You have this batter name Mole and you put it in a pot then you let it heat up until its into liquidy form. After that you might want to get a chicken and make sure you have all the parts done and cut into the legs and wings. Then you might to give a little more flavor to the Mole so try seasoning it with some chicken broth. Finally, you put the chicken into the Mole and let it sit there and it will make a fine meal for the family! Try it out, you won't regret it! You may even try it with rice or beans with cheese on top!

Now many of you think that Mexicans always where the dresses and marachi that you always see and wear a sombrero and have a mustache. Well, that's what you might see in Movies but in real life they where what most americans where and those are pants, shirt, and shoes. But when it's a festival, some may even dress the way you see in the picture. Long dresses that when you spin around toy see a colorful pattern, this is a clothing for girl. For Boys, clothing for them is wearing a tuxedo or a marachi outfit. This is the clothing for Mexico.
Mexico's Art!
Many of you see very weird drawings in Mexico. Really these picture show so many meaning to it then what you expect. Many pictures have Calaveras and designs to it. These drawing you might think it mean death, honestly, it's for the honor of the dead. They may as well draw butterflies, since many of you see monarch butterflies in Mexico to hibernate. Next it's the patterns that you see in most art. Most of Mexico's art is patterns and many beautiful designs. Then you see a lot of flowers which is a very lovely painting to see :)
