The Location of Sweden is on the continet of Europe, on of the Seven major continets of the world. Sweden shares borders with Norway and as well with Finland. With Norway to the west, and Finland to the northeast.
Sweden is a penninsula in the Northern Europe. This country slopes down eastward from the Kjolen Mountains along the Norweigian Border.

The Scandivian Mountains is a mountain range that runs through the Scandivians peninsula. To the north of the Scadivians Mounatins it borders Norway and Sweden and passing the Article Circle. There is one small part that runs through Finland, but that is mostly small hills.

The highest elevation is 82m or 269 ft. Total island on Gotland is 14 including the smaller islands. The highest point is Lojasta Hed. Oland island is a island that is just off the southeast coats of Sweden. Oland is the seconf largest islands of Sweden. They built the castle here many times over 12 century. There is a lavish garden that was made for the royal family to take walks in. It's as well loacted in the Baltic sea. Highest elevation is 55m or 180 ft. The highest point in Oland is Hogsrum.
The Three Main Regions Of Sweden
The Three main regions are Gotaland, Svealand, and Norrland region. As I explain in thh Climate section, Norrland is where not many people live in the Northern part of Sweden. Yet there is many parts of it that is quite intresting. 12 pecent of Norrland makes up Sweden's population, since Gotaland and Svealand has the big cities. Norrland is known for its wide forest and large rivers and for the wonderful view of Nature.
